Bookkeeper for
your bv.
A bv comes with a few things that have to be right on time: your salary as a director-shareholder (dga), your corporate income tax and your annual accounts filed with the Chamber of Commerce. We take all of it off your hands for a fixed monthly fee, with a set team that knows your business. As a bookkeeper for bv’s in Amsterdam, we also have a registered tax adviser in house, so dividends, a holding structure or a conversion are handled by the same people. You hear back from us the same working day.

Why bv owners
choose us.
One person you always deal with
You get a bookkeeper who knows your business, with the owners right behind them. You never have to explain your story twice.
A fixed monthly fee
You pay a set amount per month, from €65 excluding VAT. No hourly rate, so you never postpone a call because the clock is running. If something substantial changes in your business, we agree the new fee with you in advance.
An answer the same working day
Email or message us and you hear back that day. And if we spot something in your figures that deserves attention, you hear about it without asking.

What we handle
for your bv.
Your bookkeeping and vat
We process your invoices and receipts, keep your figures up to date all year and file your VAT return every quarter.
Your salary as a dga
We run your payroll and payroll tax filings, and we calculate a salary that fits the “customary pay” rule: the amount the Dutch tax office expects a director-shareholder to draw.
Your corporate income tax
We prepare and file your vpb return on time, with the deductions that apply to your company.
Your annual accounts
We prepare your annual accounts and file them with the Chamber of Commerce. All you do is check that everything is correct.
Tax advice is
part of the deal.
The moments that matter most financially are rarely bookkeeping moments. Paying out a dividend, adding a second company, putting a holding above your operating company, converting a sole proprietorship: that is where a fine year and an expensive year part ways.
We have a registered tax adviser (RB) on the file: a tax specialist with a professional registration, who works on dividend tax, holding structures and bv conversions every week. You never need a second firm and you never start a separate advisory project. You ask the team that already knows your numbers, so the answer fits your situation.

We handle
the switch.
If you already have a bookkeeper, the switch takes about two weeks. We contact your current firm, collect your records and set everything up on our side. Then we connect your bank and your invoicing tool so your figures come in from day one. You do one thing: say yes.
If you prefer to do the bookkeeping yourself and only want a check at year end, accounting software is the easier route. If you want it fully off your plate and still want to know where you stand, you are in the right place: you build the business, we keep the figures and the tax office in order.
What entrepreneurs say.

Curious what a bookkeeper
for your bv costs?
Frequently asked questions.
What does a bookkeeper for a bv cost?
With us, a fixed monthly fee from €65 excluding VAT. The exact amount depends on your invoice volume, whether you have staff and how many entities you have. The rate calculator gives you an indication in two minutes, and we confirm it in the intro call.
How much salary do I have to pay myself as a dga?
Dutch rules require a customary salary that matches the work you do, based on a benchmark amount set each year, with exceptions for start-ups among others. We calculate what holds up in your situation, document the reasoning and process it in your payroll.
Do my annual accounts really have to be filed?
Yes, every bv files annual accounts each year, usually in abbreviated form, within twelve months after your financial year ends. We prepare and file them, so it is one less date in your calendar.
Can you arrange a dividend payment?
Yes. We calculate what a payout leaves you net, check that your company keeps enough reserves (the distribution test) and file the dividend tax return. Timing or splitting the amount often saves money, so ask us before you transfer anything.
Can I convert my sole proprietorship into a bv?
You can, and we guide the financial side: the calculation of whether it pays off for you, the choice between a taxed and a tax-neutral conversion, and coordination with the notary. After that, your administration continues in the new structure.
How fast do I get an answer?
Usually the same working day. If your question needs research, you hear that day when the answer is coming.
