Who we help.
No two business owners are the same. One is just starting out as a freelancer, the other runs a BV with staff. The question underneath is nearly always the same: who keeps this in order, so I no longer have to think about it?
Your legal structure decides which returns and obligations apply. What you get from us is the same for everyone: one fixed team doing your bookkeeping and your tax work, quick to reach, for a fixed monthly fee. Below you can read what applies to your structure.

Freelancer or sole trader
You do the work, the clients and the admin.
We take over your bookkeeping, your VAT returns and your income tax for a fixed monthly fee, and we keep track of the deductions you can use. You forward your receipts, we do the rest.

Bv owner or director shareholder
Minimum salary, dividend, corporate income tax, annual accounts: a BV brings its own questions. We keep your books up to date all year, and with a registered tax adviser in house you can put a dividend or structure question to the same team.

Vof or partnership
Running a business together means keeping the numbers straight together. We record who contributes what. We do the bookkeeping for the vof and the income tax return for each partner, so every share is clear all year and May holds no surprises.
One way of working,
for every business owner.
You get one fixed contact who knows you and your business. Ask us something and you hear back the same working day, or you hear when we will come back to it. You pay a fixed monthly fee, from €65 excluding VAT, so you know where you stand in advance and calling us costs you nothing extra.
Your bookkeeping and your tax work sit with the same team, so at the moments that carry the most financial weight you talk to people who already know your file. We work with systems that show you all year how your business is doing. Forward your receipts and we take care of the rest. Coming from another firm? We request your file and arrange the handover. All you have to do is say yes.

Not sure yet
what fits you?
Wondering whether you need a bookkeeper yet as a freelancer, or at what profit a BV starts to pay off? That depends on your revenue, your plans and what you want to keep doing yourself. In fifteen minutes we run the numbers with you and tell you what we think, including when it is fine to wait a while.
If you want to keep doing your own bookkeeping, we will say so honestly: you will get more out of a good bookkeeping package. We are here for business owners who hand it over completely, and they know from day one exactly what they get.

What type of
business do you have?
Frequently asked questions.
I am not sure yet whether a bv suits me. Can you help me decide?
Yes. We look at your profit, your plans and what a BV costs and returns per year. That includes corporate income tax (the tax your BV pays on its profit) and the salary you pay yourself as the owner. You get the calculation and our advice, even when that advice is to wait another year.
I already have a bookkeeper. How much work is switching?
One yes from you. We request your file from your previous firm, take over the bookkeeping and set up the systems. You can switch at any point in the year. The first of January is the quietest moment, and mid year works just as well.
I do my own bookkeeping. When is outsourcing worth it?
As soon as it costs you more evenings than you want, or as soon as questions come up that your software cannot answer, like dividend or payroll. If you would rather keep doing it yourself, say so in the call. We will point you to a package that fits.
What does it cost?
A fixed amount per month, from €65 excluding VAT. The amount depends on your legal structure, the number of invoices and receipts and whether you have staff. The calculator shows you within a minute what it would be for you, and we confirm it in the call.
I just registered with the Chamber of Commerce. Is it too early for a bookkeeper?
No, this is the cheapest moment to set it up properly. We set up your bookkeeping, connect your bank and put your VAT returns in the calendar. That way you start with books that add up from your first invoice.
I have clients or a company abroad. Can you handle that?
Yes. Think of VAT on sales within the EU, reverse charge VAT (your client pays the VAT instead of you) and a business active in two countries. We do this for clients in Scotland and the Netherlands among others, and we work in English too.
