How Pebble started.
Dennis went out on his own in 2021, after more than ten years at other firms. With one idea: money matters can be more personal and easier to follow.
When Fay joined, it grew into more than one firm with one man. We wanted to make bookkeeping and tax accessible for business owners who would rather not think about it every month. In 2025 that became Pebble.
There are seven of us now, and we do the books for business owners all over the Netherlands. From one-person companies to businesses with twenty employees. What stayed the same: you have fixed people on your file, so you never have to tell your story twice.

Bookkeeping and tax advice under one roof.
Most of the questions that really matter financially go beyond your bookkeeping. What does it cost to pay out a dividend? Is a BV (a Dutch private limited company) smart now, or better later? And what about your DGA salary, the minimum salary the tax office expects a director-shareholder to pay themselves?
With us, those two things sit together. Our bookkeepers keep your records up to date, and Dennis is a Registered Tax Adviser (RB), so for the tax side you never need to bring in a second party. You ask your question to the same team that already knows your numbers.

Dennis • Registered Tax Adviser (RB)
Dennis has more than ten years of experience and a background in tax law. He handles the tax advice and the returns for businesses and private clients, and thinks along on choices like moving from a sole proprietorship to a BV. Good chance you speak to him first: he does a lot of the intro calls.
Fay • Manager
Fay has more than five years of experience and a background in business economics. She leads the bookkeepers, working students and interns, and looks after the team, operations, marketing and sales. She does intro calls too.
Melih • Bookkeeper
Melih looks after the bookkeeping for a fixed group of clients and makes sure their records and returns are correct. More than two years of experience. If he spots something that does not add up, you hear about it.
Vie • Bookkeeper
Vie has more than a year of experience as a bookkeeper and handles the day to day bookkeeping for Pebble clients.
Binc • Working Student Bookkeeping & Tax
Binc studies Fiscal Economics and supports the team with tax returns for businesses and private clients.
Nada • Working Student Bookkeeping
Nada studies Finance & Control and helps the bookkeepers with the daily records.
William • Intern Bookkeeping
William studies Business Administration and Control Specialist and is doing his internship at Pebble. He helps the bookkeepers with the day to day records of our clients.
Emma • Content Design Marketer

Frequently asked questions.
Who will I be dealing with as a client?
One fixed contact person, plus the bookkeeper who does your day to day records. For tax questions that is Dennis, our Registered Tax Adviser. You get the names and direct details at the start, so you always know who to reach.
What if my regular contact person is away?
Someone else on the team picks it up, and they can see your file. We work in one shared system, so you do not have to explain your situation again. Anything urgent still gets an answer the same working day.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, you are welcome at Van Baerlestraat 144 H in Amsterdam. Let us know when suits you and we will put coffee on. Prefer to keep it digital? Then a call or a video meeting works just as well.
Do you work with business owners outside Amsterdam?
Yes. We do the books for business owners all over the Netherlands, and for a few outside it. Everything runs digitally, so where you are based makes no difference to how fast you hear from us.
What does it cost?
One fixed monthly fee, agreed up front, based on your legal structure and the volume of your records. You see the starting rates on our rates page, and in a 15 minute intro call you hear exactly what it would be for you.
